Printing
The banners that you see on our billboards are digitally printed on a high quality PVC vinyl material. There are several different print companies in New Zealand and Australia, however, our preferred print company is OmniGraphics. Contact Janette Moreton on 021 838 798 or 09 638 0888.
You need to allow at least seven working days from when the disk is received by the printers for print turnaround.

Installation
All our standard sites are installed the traditional way by stapling the banner to the timber billboard frame. Spectacular sites typically require an abseil install.

Service
M5 strive to provide excellent service. We guarantee installation within 48 hours of receiving material (weather permitting). Photos will be emailed as proof of installation within five working days.
The installation process is highly dependent on weather conditions. If for any reason we are experiencing delays we will contact you and endeavor to install your material as soon as possible.
RE-USE YOUR DISPLAY
Skin Storage
When a campaign has finished, banners will be stored for up to four months free of charge. After that time frame, the client will be contacted for further instructions. In the situation where the skins will be used again and are required to stay in storage, a small storage fee will be charged, of $100 + gst per four months. If material is no longer required it becomes the property of M5 to be disposed of.
If requested by the client, we will ensure that a skin in our care is supplied to another billboard operator in a timely fashion

We can arrange for your banners to be sent to other installation companies. All you have to do is email adam@media5.co.nz or rachel@media5.co.nz with address details.
